Get insider information about the Democratic plan to win key races in the country and our strategy to build on our grassroots program to win in November. Preview our new voter technology and our groundbreaking voter contact tools. Learn how to make the media work for our candidates with proven techniques, messaging and talking points to challenge Senator McCain.

3:30 to 5:30 p.m. -- Campaign Finance: Stay Out of Trouble Back by popular demand. Campaign finance laws seem to get more and more complicated and as we are now in the '08 election cycle with federal candidates on the ballot, it is crucial that county parties understand what is permissible and what is not. We encourage all county chairs, treasurers and others involved with the financial transactions of our local parties to participate.
Join the PA Democratic Party's Campaign Finance Counsel, Neil Reiff, of Sandler and Reiff, PC, Washington, DC and Vivian Guinan, PA Democratic Party Comptroller, to hear tips on how you can keep your local party and candidates in compliance with complicated campaign finance laws.

10:00 to 11:00 a.m. -- Executive Committee/County Chairs Session
11:00 a.m. to Noon -- Regional Caucus Meetings
Noon -- State Committee General Business Meeting
Only members of the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee may participate in the official business conducted on Saturday. We invite all registered Democrats to observe the General Business Meeting that begins at Noon on Saturday.
