June State Committee Meeting -- Lodging InformationLODGING INFORMATION
A block of rooms has been reserved at the discounted rate of $104.00 per night at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel. Attendees are responsible for making room reservations by calling the hotel directly at 717-763-7117. You must indicate that you are with the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee to receive the discounted room rate. If you are unable to reserve a room, we will try to help with alternate arrangements or room sharing, but we cannot guarantee success. Room cancellations must be made prior to 3 business days (72 hours) prior to the individual's arrival date. Cut off date for a reservation is Friday, May 23rd. NO EXCEPTIONS. Child Care Services: The Women's Caucus will be providing childcare services during the weekend meeting of June 6-7th. For additional information, contact Joanne Totsi-Vasey of the Women's Caucus at 814-355-3056. Parents are requested to bring refreshments, toys, games and/or for their children. Issues Committee Meeting: Saturday morning 9 to 10 a.m. topic up for discussion: "Campaign Finance Law." Chairman Murray Levin urges all members to attend this very important meeting. Credentials: If you need a replacement credential, please contact the State Party office not later than June 3rd. There will be a replacement charge of $5.00 for lost or damaged credentials. Credential table will be open Friday from 5-6 p.m. and will re-open on Saturday from 8:30 am to 11:30 a.m. Resolution: Resolution Endorsing Campaign Finance Reform Legislation is on the table for discussion. Resolution submitted by Kevin Scott of Philadelphia County. Resolution for Improved Public and Party Communication is also on the table for discussion.
