And do you also denounce other ethnic groups whom hold similar values to their own affinities? Like the Sons of Italy, Irish-American Heritage Organization, etc...
Your problem is that the group is Black, not that it is a group with a value system that promotes the success and leadership of it's own, as do the aforementioned groups. Right?
