"He is not the McCain I endorsed."

Today, former Republican Governor of Michigan, William Milliken expressed his concerns over the type of person John McCain has become during his presidential bid.  Gov. Milliken was quoted as saying that "(h)e is not the McCain I endorsed."

Gov. Milliken went on to say that "I am disappointed in the tenor and personal attacks on the part of the McCain campaign, when he ought to be talking about issues." 

Every day that passes, Sen. McCain's strategy becomes more entrenched in the art of self-destruction.
