Harrisburg, PA - Pennsylvania Democratic Party Chairman Jim Burn released the following statement on President Barack Obama's State of the Union address.

"Tonight, President Barack Obama discussed his blueprint for a job creating economy built on hard work, responsibility and fairness. Pennsylvanians know that we need to create jobs by relying on American manufacturing and American workers, and we are encouraged that President Obama intends to make American manufacturing and workers a continued priority. President Obama also spoke of the need to build a strong middle class, this is a principle that all Pennsylvanians support. Pennsylvanians work hard and all they are asking for is a fair shot. President Obama's speech outlined how we can make this a reality while creating jobs and continuing to get our economy back on track."
