Responsible for oversight of credentialing process to ensures that members or their authorized proxies are properly credentialed at State Committee meetings, tracks attendance at State Committee to determine if a quorum is met and gives attendance/Credentials Committee report at State Committee meeting.

Members are responsible for enforcing the rules of operations at state committee meetings and resolving disputes over procedures at State Committee meetings.

By-Laws Committee
Responsible for reviewing bylaws and making recommendations for changes.Reviews amendments to the bylaws to make sure they are in accordance with the DNC's bylaws.
Voter Outreach & Registration Committee
Responsible for assisting State Committee members with voter contact and message dissemination. Objective is to develop avenues to increase participation, visibility and media presence among constituency groups.
