In his fifth annual budget address, Governor Tom Wolf  laid out Democrats’ plan to invest more than ever in Pennsylvania workers and students.

  • The Opioid Epidemic: Maintaining substantial investment in treatment and prevention programs; increasing investment in Naloxone distribution
  • Childcare Access: Investing in affordable childcare; moving towards full-time, public early education programs
  • Agriculture: Expanding grants and tax credits for farmers; creating new job training programs in agriculture
  • Election Security: Pledging $15 million in state funds to help counties update their voting systems
