There is no better place to be at the end of July than the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection for the 2016 Democratic National Convention. We’re thrilled to welcome Democrats from across the country as we set the stage to nominate the next President of the United States.
From the city’s deep-rooted role in American history as the birthplace of our country’s democracy to its world-famous cheesesteaks, Philadelphia has a little something for everyone.
Philadelphia is a city where history was made. Come see where the Founding Fathers signed the Declaration of Independence, and where the Constitution was signed. Come see where the Liberty Bell proudly rang, and where Betsy Ross sewed the first American flag. And hey, come see the steps where Rocky Balboa ran on.
It’s also a city bustling with life. With the 3rd most populous downtown in the country, Philadelphia boasts lively cultural, nightlife and restaurant scenes. There’s always something to do here.
Join us (and some 30,000 of your closest friends) in the city where it all began, as we get ready to make history again in 2016. Are you in?
