PENNSYLVANIA — Today in Harrisburg, state Representative David Madsen and Pennsylvania AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer George Piasecki kicked off the Don’t Trust Dave Tour by holding a press conference to slam his record of selling out Pennsylvania workers.
“David McCormick has a long history of prioritizing his profits over Pennsylvania workers,” said state Representative David Madsen. “He outsourced jobs in Pennsylvania while using taxpayer dollars and said he would repeal a law that will create thousands of jobs. He even profited by investing in an overseas company that competed with U.S. Steel. Pennsylvania workers can’t trust him.”
“Workers in Pennsylvania deserve a leader that will prioritize them over their own bottom line,” said Pennsylvania AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer George Piasecki. “Not only did David McCormick lay off workers in Pennsylvania before announcing new jobs overseas, he also taught other companies how to outsource.”
