Graham says “We owe it to the American people to tell them who we are” as he pushes for national abortion ban
PENNSYLVANIA – While out-of-touch millionaire Mehmet Oz continues to hide his stance on the GOP’s national abortion ban, even when the bill is mailed directly to him, even Sen. Lindsey Graham thinks Oz should state his position.
When asked about GOP candidates who would rather avoid the issue until after the election, Graham said “we owe it to the American people to tell them who we are.”
Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson Jack Doyle issued the following statement:
“There isn’t much that Pennsylvania Democrats and Sen. Lindsey Graham can agree on, but we both agree that Mehmet Oz owes it to the Pennsylvanians to say where he stands on this national abortion ban.
It is clear that abortion rights are on the ballot in Pennsylvania’s Senate race, and Oz is hiding his position because it is completely out of step with Pennsylvania voters. We cannot trust Mehmet Oz.”
