ICYMI: “UNELECTABLE” VS. “UNSERIOUS” — PA GOP CANDIDATES RAMP UP ATTACKS ON EACH OTHER

PENNSYLVANIA –  In a two-segment interview with KDKA, Jeff Bartos and Sean Parnell continued their bitter infighting with Bartos calling Parnell “unelectable” in a general election and the Parnell campaign responding with a statement that Bartos is an “unserious man for serious times” and calling on him to end his campaign.

“Sean is not electable. And so we as Republicans cannot put up a candidate who cannot win a general election. We have to hold this seat.”

“I’m not going to Washington to be on the talk shows, to give soundbites, to fight, to build a brand.”

Additional highlights from the interview:

• Bartos dodged a question about his donation to bus people to what became the January 6th insurrection
• Bartos claimed he did not “actively seek the endorsement” from President Trump
• Bartos took a shot at Parnell saying he is not going to Washington to be on “the talk shows”

The interview comes after a super PAC supporting Bartos launched a six figure ad campaign that targeted Parnell as unelectable due his past comments about women and protective orders sought against him.
