Heartland Signal: “Dr. Oz Has Rental Properties In Florida, New York City And Turkey. It’s Still Not Certain Where He Lives In Pennsylvania”
PENNSYLVANIA – New reporting from Heartland Signal reveals that Oz is making a fortune renting out his various properties across the world, while it’s still unclear where he lives in Pennsylvania:
The property Oz listed as his address on his statement of candidacy is a commercial building located in Huntingdon Valley. Oz’s website says that the same address is also his campaign headquarters. He also misspelled the city in the statement.
The 62-year-old heart surgeon has been attempting to link himself to Pennsylvania even though he grew up in Delaware and lived in New Jersey for decades. According the Philadelphia Inquirer, Oz only bought a house in Pennsylvania in 2022, and he does not even live there.

In the interview, Oz did not mention that he himself is the owner of several properties in the United States and in Turkey. Oz’s own financial disclosure, which every candidate has to submit to run for the Senate, points to his net worth totaling at least $100 million in stocks and assets. Although precise numbers are not required in the report, the largest asset linked to Oz is a beachfront property in Palm Beach, Fla. that has an estimated value of $48 million according to Zillow. The 10,000-square-foot estate is available to rent for $275,000 a month.
Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson Jack Doyle issued the following statement:
“This new reporting from Heartland Signal is just the last sign that we cannot trust Mehmet Oz. While he makes millions from his properties around the world, we still can’t figure out where in Pennsylvania he’s supposed to be living? He clearly doesn’t care enough about Pennsylvania voters to tell them the truth, and has no place representing them in the Senate.”
