REMINDER: DAVID MCCORMICK SUPPORTS BANNING ABORTION

HuffPost: “[McCormick] Does Not Support Exceptions In Abortion Laws For Rape Or Incest”

PENNSYLVANIA — With the U.S. Supreme Court holding oral arguments over access to abortion this week, David McCormick’s dangerous anti-choice record is back in the spotlight. David McCormick can’t hide his record of praising the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade, calling himself “staunchly pro-life,” and supporting a national abortion ban without exceptions for rape or incest.

Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson TaNisha Cameron issued the following statement:

“David McCormick’s extreme record on abortion is a clear indicator that he can’t be trusted to protect women’s right to make decisions about their own bodies. McCormick was proud to say that he would be an opponent of abortion and after learning of the leaked Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, he said he wanted to go ‘much further’ in restricting access to abortion. David McCormick can’t run away from his dangerous anti-choice agenda.”
