Spurned By Trump’s Barletta Love, Kelly Resorts To Filling Office With Trump Art In Desperate Bid To Woo The Donald

Following the news of President Trump encouraging Congressman Lou Barletta to run for governor (aka Senate), a despondent Congressman and wannabe Senate candidate Mike Kelly consoled himself in the only way he knew how — being surrounded by oil paintings of Donald J. Trump and his family.

In response to being spurned by President Trump, Congressman Mike Kelly released the following statement between sobs:

“I was distraught to learn that President Trump praised my Senate rival Congressman Barletta, who I will add is not even a member of the #1 Trump Fan Club Facebook group I’m the administrator of. If Mr. Trump knew I had five oil paintings of him and his family in my office, it would have been me getting accidentally encouraged to run for Governor when he really meant Senate. I have no doubt this set back was orchestrated by the Deep State acting on the orders of Shadow President Obama. My only hope is that when I deliver the paintings to the White House I will receive the attention and approval I so desperately seek.”
