PENNSYLVANIA — The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is teaming up with the original cast of the cult classic rock mockumentary This Is Spinal Tap to host a live virtual reunion fundraiser to benefit the state party and its work to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
The event will be held live on Wednesday, October 14th at 9 PM EDT with the original cast including Christopher Guest, Harry Shearer, Michael McKean, and director Rob Reiner. The event will be hosted by comedian Patton Oswalt.
“Democratic enthusiasm in Pennsylvania is already turned up to eleven,” said Pennsylvania Democratic Party executive director Jason Henry. “We’re the Keystone State and the key to winning this election. We’re excited to partner with the Spinal Tap team to bring even more energy to power Democratic wins from the State House to the White House.”
