PA Apprentice Special Programming: Don’t let 23-year politician Dave White “pull the wool over your eyes.”
PENNSYLVANIA — Today, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party is releasing a new video to expose Dave White’s real record as a part of the ongoing PA Apprentice Fact Check series. The video warns Pennsylvanians about Dave White’s attempts to “pull the wool over [the] eyes” of voters and falsely paint himself as an outsider, even though he’s a 23-year career politician who spent his time in office voting to raise property taxes on families.

Despite White’s eagerness to rewrite his record, this isn’t the first time his attempts to fool Pennsylvanians have been called out. Local media and fellow Republicans have already done so, with NBC10 noting: “Though he’s served over 20 years in public office, the Republican says he’s an outsider.” Even the other far-right gubernatorial candidates are calling him out — including Bill McSwain who referred to White as a “career politician” in a recent press release.
“Dave White isn’t fooling anyone as he claims to be an ‘outsider,’ Pennsylvanians remember White as a 23-year politician who spent his time in office repeatedly voting to raise property taxes on Pennsylvania families and increase spending — that is if they remember him at all,” said Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson Marisa Nahem. “The PA Apprentice fact check rates White’s claim as false. Instead of trying to mislead Pennsylvanians, Dave White should own his record as a career politician who has joined Pennsylvania Republicans in failing families across the Commonwealth.”
