From Business Insider: “[Oz] had his eye on a political position in New York or New Jersey”
PENNSYLVANIA — In response to new reporting that New Jersey fraud Mehmet Oz had long considered running for office in New York or New Jersey, Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson Jack Doyle issued the following statement:
“Mehmet Oz is a fraud and a scam artist – the fact that he’s long considered running for office in New York or New Jersey is the latest confirmation that he has no real connection to Pennsylvania, and that he’s the kind of politician who is only ever looking out for himself. Every new report about Oz confirms he’s nothing more than an out-of-touch and self-serving TV celebrity who doesn’t care about Pennsylvanians and can’t be trusted to represent us in the Senate.”
The news comes less than a week after the Heartland Signal reported that Oz is making a fortune on his rental properties in New York, Florida, and Turkey, while his residency in Pennsylvania is still in question.
