Pennsylvania Democrats to Conduct Delegate Outreach and Inclusion Information Sessions

The process for would-be 2024 Democratic National Convention delegates will take the next steps this month as the Pennsylvania Democratic Party will hold outreach and inclusion sessions around the Commonwealth for people who are considering running for delegate.

All sessions will begin at 6pm ET on October 23 in Pittsburgh and continue in Erie on October 24; Harrisburg on October 25; Philadelphia on October 27; and Scranton on October 30. Finally, a statewide Zoom session will be held on November 3. Anyone needing special needs accommodations should contact the party via email at DelegateInfoSessions@padems.com and the Party will arrange appropriate accommodations at either the nearest session and/or the statewide Zoom session on November 3.

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party has adopted a delegate selection plan, including a section on affirmative action and outreach and inclusion, that will guide this process for would-be delegates and for campaigns. The plan can be found at https://www.padems.com/2024_convention/.
